Revised Notice of Introduction Ordinance 26-03

The Township of Neptune is considering Ordinance No. 26-03, which proposes amendments to Volume I, Chapter VII of the Township Code. The amendments involve adding two residential handicapped parking spaces and eliminating one. The ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading on January 12, 2026. A public hearing for final passage of the ordinance is scheduled for February 9, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Neptune Township Municipal Complex.
