Request For Proposal Fireworks

The Borough of New Providence is soliciting written proposals from experienced vendors for fireworks services for the year 2026, with a contract term spanning April through December 2026. The primary engagement highlighted is a "Third of July Event Arrayal" requiring a specific and extensive fireworks display, detailed in the RFP document. Vendors must demonstrate a minimum of ten years' experience delivering fireworks in New Jersey and be responsible for providing all materials, equipment, and for any potential facility damages caused.
