Request For Proposal For The Provision Of Basketball Instruction

The Borough of New Providence, New Jersey, is actively soliciting proposals from qualified individuals and/or firms for comprehensive basketball instruction services catering to children in grades K-8. This Request for Proposal (RFP) covers fundamental basketball clinics, designed to introduce core skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and scrimmaging, to be conducted year-round on weekends and/or weekdays for both boys and girls. Additionally, the scope includes basketball camps for skill development during summer and school breaks, offering half-day or full-day formats and weekly or one-day sessions. The contract period for these essential community activities is set to commence on January 1, 2027, and extend through December 31, 2029, with the Community Activities Department responsible for marketing, participant fee collection, and compensating the selected provider.
