Request For Proposal For The Provision Of Clothing Bins

The Borough of New Providence is soliciting proposals for the provision and maintenance of two clothing collection bins for the benefit of the New Providence Municipal Alliance. The selected vendor will be responsible for placing and maintaining the bins, ensuring compliance with Borough Ordinance 2013-12, indemnifying the Borough, providing annual proof of insurance, and making quarterly royalty payments to the Municipal Alliance. The intended contract period is from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029. Respondents are required to demonstrate satisfactory experience, provide a detailed financial proposal outlining the monthly royalty payment, and submit various certifications including an Affirmative Action Statement and Non-Collusion Affidavit. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, experience, knowledge of the Borough, similar engagements, completeness of the proposal, and the reasonableness of the cost proposal.
