Request For Proposal Professional Architectural Services

The Borough of New Providence, NJ, is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified architectural firms to provide professional architectural services for municipal construction projects. The scope of work includes pre-design, design, bidding and procurement phase assistance, and construction administration for various capital improvement projects, such as renovations of municipal buildings, recreation facilities, and ADA upgrades. The contract will be for a period of one year with potential for renewal, and selected firms will provide services on an as-needed basis without guaranteed minimum volume. Key requirements for proposers include being licensed architects in New Jersey, demonstrating experience in municipal/public sector projects, familiarity with public procurement laws, and maintaining specific professional liability and other insurance coverages. Proposals must address company information, references, specific experience of personnel, and include various New Jersey compliance forms.
