RFQ - Auditing Services

The Borough of New Providence is seeking Qualification Statements from qualified firms for professional auditing services for calendar year 2026. The Borough intends to qualify firms that possess the necessary professional, financial, and administrative capabilities and will agree to compensation terms that benefit the Borough's taxpayers. Qualified Respondents may be selected to begin providing services as early as January 1, 2026. Interested firms must submit a Qualification Statement containing required information as outlined in the RFQ, demonstrating experience and capabilities in providing professional auditing services, including consultations, annual financial report preparation, and municipal financing review. Submissions are due by November 14, 2025, at 11:00 AM and should be addressed to the Office of the Borough Clerk at the Municipal Building. The Borough reserves the right to not select any of the proposals, select only portions of a proposal, amend the RFQ, or terminate the procurement process at any time.
