RFQ - Employee Assistance Program

The Borough of New Providence is seeking Qualification Statements from interested parties for the provision of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services for the calendar year 2026. The selected firm will provide services such as employee counseling, a 24-hour telephone hotline, and management training. Qualification Statements must include a description of the respondent's experience, understanding of the Borough's needs, and a cost proposal, among other requirements. Interested respondents must submit their Qualification Statements to the Office of the Borough Clerk by November 14, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Submissions should include one original and one copy, along with a PDF version emailed to Clerk@newprov.us. UNLOCK Respondents must also complete and submit various forms, including a Non-Collusion Affidavit, Owner Disclosure Statement, and Business Registration Certificate.
