RFQ - Insurance Brokerage Services

The Borough of New Providence is seeking Qualification Statements from qualified persons and/or firms to provide insurance brokerage services for the calendar year 2026, and potentially 2027-2028. The selected respondent(s) will assist the Borough with peril insurances, including liability, workman’s compensation, vehicle, environmental, and hazard insurance. Interested parties must demonstrate the professional, financial, and administrative capabilities to provide these services and agree to compensation terms deemed beneficial to the Borough's taxpayers. Qualification Statements, including cost proposals and required forms, are due by November 14, 2025, at 11:00 AM.
