RFQ - Legal Services

The Borough of New Providence is seeking Qualification Statements from qualified persons and/or firms to provide various legal services for the calendar year 2026. These services include Bond Counsel, Labor Attorney, Borough Attorney, Public Defender, Municipal Prosecutor, Tax Appeal Attorney, Planning Board Attorney, Board of Adjustment Attorney, and Redevelopment Counsel. The Borough intends to qualify firms that possess the professional, financial, and administrative capabilities to provide the proposed services and agree to work under the compensation terms and conditions determined by the Borough. Interested parties must submit a Qualification Statement that includes information on their experience, qualifications, understanding of the Borough's needs, and a cost proposal. The deadline for submitting Qualification Statements is November 14, 2025, by 11:00 AM. Proposals should be addressed to the Office of the Borough Clerk and can be hand-delivered or mailed, with an additional PDF copy emailed to Clerk@newprov.us. UNLOCK
