RFQ - Professional Planning Services

The Borough of New Providence is seeking Qualification Statements from qualified individuals and firms to provide professional planning services for calendar year 2026, with potential one-year extensions through 2028. The selected respondents will consult with the Borough Council, Planning Board, and Board of Adjustment, assist in preparing zoning ordinances and the Master Plan, and provide expert testimony as needed. Qualification Statements must include details of the respondent's experience, understanding of the Borough's needs, a list of engagements in the past five years, and a cost proposal.
