Woodland at the Ridings Application

This document announces the availability of affordable housing units at Woodland at the Ridings in Oakland, New Jersey. The complex includes 40 units with one, two, and three-bedroom options. Building B (2 Del Mar Court) is expected to be ready for occupancy in Summer 2026. Preliminary applications are being accepted, with those received by June 1, 2026, included in a random selection process (lottery). Applications received after that date will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
