Woodland at the Ridings i will include 40 affordable housing units featuring one, two and three bedrooms. Building B (located at 2 Del Mar Court cross street McCoy Road) is expected to be ready for occupancy in Summer 2026. Preliminary applications are now being accepted. Preliminary applications received on or before June 1, 2026, will be included in a random selection process (AKA "lottery). Preliminary applications received after that date will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Applicants will be notified with information regarding the lottery prior to the lottery taking place. The one-bedroom unit monthly rents will range from $585.88 to $1,301.75; two-bedroom unit monthly rents will range from $685.75 to $1,544 and the three-bedroom unit monthly rents will range from $778.25 to $1770.50 Water, sewer and trash will be included in the rent. Each unit will include carpet and luxury vinyl tile, refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. To be eligible for the Borough's Affordable Housing Program you must meet the following income criteria. We would also like to note that there is a regional asset limit of $300,000.
