Buddies of NJ, Inc. - Support for people affected by HIV/AIDS

This document describes the services provided by Buddies of New Jersey, Inc. (NJB), a non-profit community-based organization that supports people affected by HIV/AIDS in Bergen and Passaic Counties. NJB offers a network of support services including medical and non-medical case management, substance abuse services, oral health referrals, medical transportation, peer support groups, HOPWA (Housing Opportunities for People With AIDS) assistance, HIV testing and counseling, and PrEP (Pre-exposure prophylaxis) counseling, referral, and financial assistance. They also operate a drop-in resource center and conduct outreach programs to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS.
