North Hudson Community Action Corporation operates ten Federally Qualified Health Centers in three New Jersey counties,
with locations in Englewood, Garfield, Hackensack, Harrison, Jersey City, Passaic, Secaucus, Union City and West New York.
Our physicians, nurses and other health specialists provide diagnosis and treatment for children and adult patients,
including women’s health, dental, and behavioral health, foot care and infectious diseases, as well as vaccinations.
We care for about 60,000 individuals a year with laboratories at every site and pharmacies on site in two
locations. We encourage patients to visit us, whether or not they have insurance coverage, no matter their
immigration status and we can provide services in several languages.
