Bid submissions must utilize the prescribed forms, which include a non-collusion affidavit and ownership statement, furnished with the Contract Drawings and Specifications. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or a Bid Bond, amounting to not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid, with a maximum cap of $20,000.00. Contract documents, plans, and specifications are available for inspection at Boswell Engineering, 330 Phillips Avenue, South Hackensack, New Jersey 07606, during specified business hours. Digital copies on a USB flash drive can be obtained for a non-refundable fee of $10.00, with printed copies subject to additional printing fees. All bids will remain irrevocable and available for a period of sixty (60) days.
