CITY OF NORTHFIELD  
Please take notice that the Planning Board of the City of Northfield will conduct a REGULAR 
meeting on Thursday, April 2, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Northfield City Hall, Council Chambers 1600 
Shore Road Northfield, New Jersey. All subsequently advertised meetings for 2026 will be held in 
the following manner until further notice.  
In following with the decisions of Mayor Chau and City Council, the Planning Board will be 
eliminating the mandatory observation of Covid-19 related social distancing measures at their 
public meetings. In addition, the Planning Board will continue to air the regular meetings on 
Zoom video conferencing for convenience of those who do not wish to appear in public. 
Formal action may be taken at this meeting.

To access the virtual hearing, you must join the Zoom meeting. To access the Zoom meeting, you 
will need access to a computer with internet access and/or dial in through a mobile or land line

type in the Meeting ID and Password. You will join the meeting and be able to listen and view the
