Amendment to Approve Plans (E-FORM)

This document is an amendment form for previously approved plans within the City of Ocean City, New Jersey. It allows applicants to formally request changes to their approved building or zoning plans. The form requires the applicant to provide details such as the date, fee ($50.00), block and lot numbers, permit number, work site address, and contact information, along with a description of the changes being requested. The Zoning Official will then review the proposed changes and either approve or deny the amendment.
