Dumpster & Equipment Permit (E-FORM)

This document is a permit application form issued by the City of Ocean City for the placement of dumpsters and other equipment on public property. A permit is required for any such placement, and the form must be completed and submitted to the City's office prior to delivery of the dumpster/equipment or the expiration of an existing permit. Fees are $75.00 per month for non-metered areas, with an additional $75.00 for the first month and $150.00 for subsequent months in metered areas. Permits are issued for a maximum of six months. Payments must be made in person at the City's office, as online payments are not accepted. Additional requirements include covering dumpsters at all times and displaying a placard at the dumpster site.
