Dumpster & Equipment Permit (E-FORM)

This document outlines the application process for a Dumpster & Equipment Permit required by the City of Ocean City for any dumpster or equipment stored on public property. Applicants must complete the form and submit it to the city office prior to the delivery of the equipment or the expiration of an existing permit. The form differentiates between new and renewal permits, and allows for either dumpster or equipment. The permit fee is $75.00 per month for non-metered areas. Metered areas incur an additional $75.00 for the first month and an additional $150.00 for subsequent months. Payments must be made in person at the city office, as online payments are not accepted. The permit can be issued for a maximum of six months. Critical instructions include covering dumpsters at all times and placing the issued placard in the window at the dumpster site.
