Bulkhead across entire water frontage of lot

Silt fence proposed along length of bulkhead, 10' return on each side
•
All construction except decks set back 15' from water side of bulkhead (Exceptions may be made to
setback with engineering certificate and deed restriction.)

No plastic liners under landscape or gravel
•
Pool empties into sanitary sewer system
•
Driveway permeable or pitched to permeable.
If YES (or N/A) to each item above, the project is permissible under Permit-By-Rule. If NO to any item above,
it may require a CAFRA General Permit.
