Framing Checklist

This document is a comprehensive Framing Checklist (U.C.C. F390-1 and F390-2, 01/06) used for municipal building inspections, specifically focusing on the structural framing of a building. It outlines detailed inspection points for various components, including basement/crawl space, floor framing, wall framing, roof framing, and sheathing. Key requirements involve adherence to plans, specified grades and species of materials, proper sizing, spacing, bearing, nailing, bridging, and attachment schedules.
