This document is a Landlord's Certificate required by N.J.S.A. 46:8-28 et sec. for properties within Ocean City, New Jersey. The form requires property details such as the property address, lot and block numbers, property owner information, mailing address, owner's representative, managing agent, and mortgage holders.
