Variation Application

This document is an application form for requesting a variation from established subcode requirements within a municipality. Applicants are required to state the specific subcode requirement from which a variation is sought, explain the practical difficulties of compliance, and propose an alternative solution that maintains health, safety, and welfare standards for occupants. Each variation request must be submitted on a separate form.
