Drawings, specifications, and standard bid forms, prepared by Neglia Group, will be available for examination at Neglia Group's office, 34 Park Avenue, Lyndhurst, N.J., starting Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 12:00 PM Local Prevailing Time. Digital copies can be obtained for a non-refundable fee of $10, or hard copies for $200, payable to Neglia Group, LLC. Federal Prevailing Wage Rates will be applicable to this contract, and Small, Minority, and Women’s Business Enterprises are strongly encouraged to participate.
Sealed bids must be prepared on the provided Standard Proposal Forms, accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit, and delivered to the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Park Ridge, at Borough Hall, 53 Park Avenue, Park Ridge, New Jersey 07656. Bids must be received no later than Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM Local Prevailing Time. Each bid submission is strictly required to include a certified check or an acceptable bid bond, equating to no less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, with a maximum cap of $20,000 and a minimum threshold of $500. Additionally, a consent of surety for one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount, issued by a surety company authorized to conduct business in New Jersey, is mandatory. Bids will remain irrevocable for a period of sixty (60) days following the submission deadline. For mailing submissions, certified mail or another tolerable delivery method should be used, directed to the Borough Clerk at the specified Borough Hall address. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities.
