Lead Service Line Replacements – Phase 1

The Borough of Park Ridge, Bergen County, New Jersey, is actively seeking sealed bids for the "Lead Service Line Replacements – Phase 1" project. Federal Prevailing Wage Rates shall govern this contract. Bids must be submitted on Standard Proposal Forms, accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit, and enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly labeled with the bidder's name, address, and the project name. A bid security is mandatory, consisting of a certified check or bid bond for not less than ten (10%) percent of the bid amount, with a maximum of $20,000.00 and a minimum of $500.00. Additionally, a consent of surety from a New Jersey-authorized surety company, equaling one hundred (100%) percent of the bid amount, is required.
