RFP’s and Bid Notices

The Town of Phillipsburg, NJ is soliciting bids for the Mercer Street Park Playground Improvements project. The project involves rehabilitating the existing playground, including replacing the basketball court, fencing, basketball hoops, installing a sports court coating system, installing sidewalks, and removing existing paths, benches, and concrete pads/curbs. The base bid includes installation of underdrains and stormwater collection pipe in the playground area, with an alternate bid to replace existing curbs and sidewalks. Bids are due by December 11, 2025, at 11:30 AM and must be submitted either by certified mail or overnight delivery to the Town Clerk at 120 Filmore Street, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865.
