Proposals must also include a detailed company profile, resumes of key principals and team members, an extensive listing of relevant past development projects (including specifics on nature, size, scope, cost, debt, and equity), and five professional references, including financial institutions. The Borough emphasizes creative proposals that maximize employment opportunities and tax ratable generation while maintaining a high aesthetic standard.
All proposals must be submitted in twelve (12) hard copies and one (1) digital .pdf copy. These must be delivered in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Request for Proposal – Former Sony Property” to the Borough Clerk/Administrator. The definitive deadline for proposal submission is July 31, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. Proposals received after this exact date and time, including those postmarked on the due date but physically received late, will not be considered.
