Hannah Atkins Completely Inclusive Playground Project

The City of Plainfield, located in Union County, New Jersey, is soliciting sealed bids for the "Hannah Atkins Completely Inclusive Playground" project. S12101, et seq.). A mandatory qualification is registration under the N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 et seq. Public Works Contractor Registration Act for both the prime contractor and any subcontractors. Bidders are also required to submit a Disclosure Statement listing stockholders per N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 and provide proof of business registration for any named subcontractors as per N.J.S.A. 52:32-44. Importantly, vendors currently suspended, debarred, or disqualified under N.J.A.C. 7:1-5 are excluded from participation in this Green Acres-funded project.
