2026 Public Notice - RFP for Services to Host Virtualized Services, Support Backup and Maintenance Solutions

The City of Plainfield is soliciting proposals for services to host virtualized servers, support backup and maintenance solutions, and provide help desk and network support. This is a Fair and Open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-51. The RFP specifications can be obtained from the City of Plainfield Purchasing Division via email. An original, three copies, and one digital version (USB) of the proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Office of the City Clerk before March 17th, 2026, at 11:00 A.M.
