2016 Miscellaneous Sanitary Sewer Manhole Repairs

The Borough of Raritan, Somerset County, New Jersey, is soliciting sealed bids for its "2016 Miscellaneous Sanitary Sewer Manhole Repairs" project. This critical infrastructure project encompasses the comprehensive application of a cementitious lining to the interior of designated manholes, alongside the installation of chimney seals and manhole inserts for each structure. These documents can also be obtained from the Engineer's office for a non-refundable fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00). Bids must be submitted on the official Bid Form provided within the Contract Documents, enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the project title and the bidder's name and address. Submissions must be delivered to the Borough of Raritan, 22 First Street, Raritan, NJ 08869, strictly prior to the deadline of Thursday, March 17, 2016, at 10:00 AM. A bid security is mandatory, equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, with a maximum cap of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00), as stipulated by N.J.S.A. 40A:11-21.
