Sealed bids, prepared using the Bid Form provided in the Contract Documents, must be plainly marked with the project name and bidder’s information on the outside envelope. Bids must be delivered to the Borough of Raritan Municipal Building, located at 9 W Somerset Street, Raritan, NJ 08869, Attention: Eric Colvin, Borough Administrator, before the submission deadline of June 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM. A mandatory Bid Security, not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount but not exceeding Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00), is required per N.J.S.A. 40A:11-21. Additionally, a Certificate of Consent of Surety from a Surety Company, indicating agreement to act as surety and guarantor for contract performance, must accompany the bid.
