Proposed Raritan Municipal Offices

The Borough of Raritan, Somerset County, New Jersey, is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of new municipal offices, identified as the "Proposed Raritan Municipal Offices" project. Additionally, a Certificate from a Surety Company, indicating consent to be bound as surety and guarantor for performance, is a mandatory submission requirement. Compliance with various statutory requirements, including Affirmative Action, Prevailing Wage, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Pay to Play legislation, is also essential for all bidding entities.
