Raritan Home Improvement Program

The Raritan Borough Council, through its Raritan Home Improvement Program, is inviting sealed bids for the rehabilitation of specific residential properties within the borough. The scope of work involves comprehensive home improvement and rehabilitation services for individual residential units, with one property specifically identified as 1 Cardinal Way, Raritan, NJ 08869. This initiative aims to enhance the quality and safety of local housing stock, ensuring properties meet established standards. Prospective bidders must comply with New Jersey's P.L. 1975, C.127 Affirmative Action Regulations, and P.L. 1977, C.33 Disclosure of Corporate and/or Partnership Ownership requirements. Facsimile or emailed bids will not be accepted. The bid opening is scheduled for 1:00 PM on May 7, 2015, at the same municipal building.
