Concession License For Riverfront Food Service Push-Cart Within The Borough Of Red Bank

The Borough of Red Bank is soliciting bids for a Concession License for riverfront food service push-cart operations. The concession will operate within designated areas of public park properties along the riverfront, including Maple Cove, Riverside Gardens Park, and Marine Park. The term of the concession license is from May 15, 2026 to September 30, 2026, with an option to extend for an additional season from May 15, 2027 to September 30, 2027. A minimum bid of $1,000.00 per year is required, along with a deposit of $1,000.00 by certified check, bank check or cash. The deposit will be a credit toward the Concession Annual Fee in favor of the successful bidder. No security deposit is required.
