Installation and Repair of Water and Sewer Services

The Borough of Red Bank, New Jersey is soliciting sealed cost proposals for the "Installation and Repair of Water and Sewer Services" under Force Account 2020-2023. This is a "Force Account" type contract, meaning work is performed on an "if and where directed" basis, with no guarantee of quantity. Bids must be furnished on proposal sheets included in the Contract Documents and delivered to Red Bank Department of Utilities by 10:30 AM on May 21, 2020. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Borough Administrator, and plainly marked with the bidder's name, address, Contract Number, and Project Title. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a surety company bond in the full amount of the contract price. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
