Request For Proposal & Qualifications For 2026 Municipal Professional Services

The Borough of Red Bank is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) for various municipal professional services for the 2026 calendar year. This opportunity is open to qualified firms and individuals to provide critical services including, but not limited to, Borough Attorney, Bond Counsel, Labor Counsel, Borough Auditor, Municipal Prosecutor, Borough Engineer, Borough Planner, and specialized legal and engineering pools. The selection process will be conducted under fair and open procedures in accordance with New Jersey statutes. Key requirements for submission include a completed proposal form, a fee proposal for the 2026 municipal year, five professional references, a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate, and Affirmative Action compliance documentation. Proposals will be evaluated based on experience, reputation, knowledge of applicable laws, familiarity with Borough operations, availability, and the proposed compensation. All appointments will be for a one-year term from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. Proposals must be submitted to the Borough Manager's Office by 1:00 PM on Thursday, December 11, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered. Applicants should review all addenda posted on the Borough’s website. Submitting firms are also advised of various New Jersey compliance requirements including non-collusion affidavits, disclosure of ownership, and election law enforcement commission disclosure.
