Request for Proposals - Banking Services

The Borough of Red Bank issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for primary banking services from qualified financial institutions. The objective is to secure high-quality and cost-effective services. Proposers were required to comply with various New Jersey statutes regarding fair and open processes, affirmative action, and public contracts, including requirements for stockholders/members disclosure and qualification as a "Public Depository." The Borough reserved the right to reject all bids or waive informalities.
