NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough of Red Bank is soliciting proposals for a Comprehensive Parking Study in response to a Request for Proposals (“RFP”).
Sealed proposals must be received by the Borough by not later than 11:00 AM on April 3, 2018 in accordance with detailed provisions set forth in RFP No. 2018-22.
Interested parties may obtain the RFP in digital format, along with background information, mandatory submission forms and detailed instructions, by sending a request (and providing contact information) to the Borough via email to

. Proposals must be contained in a sealed envelope with the names and addresses of the parties submitting the proposals and marked “Sealed Proposal – Parking Study”.
Responses are being solicited in accordance with the fair and open process pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.  An overview of the Pay-to-Play Law may be obtained on http://www.nj.gov/dca/lgs/p2p.
