NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough of Red Bank is soliciting sealed Request for Proposals for the FOOD CONCESSION RIGHTS AT THE RIVERSIDE GARDENS PARK to be opened and read in public at the Borough of Red Bank Council Chambers, 90 Monmouth Street, Red Bank, N.J. on Tuesday May 1st, at 11: 00 A.M.
Proposal specifications are available from the Administrator’s Office at the Red Bank Municipal Building, 90 Monmouth Street, Red Bank, from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, or you may email your request to

. All proposals must be contained in a sealed envelope with the names and addresses of the parties submitting the proposals and marked Sealed Proposal and the title of proposal.
There will be a pre-proposal meeting at, and inspection of, the premises located at the Riverside Gardens Park on Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at 1:00 PM. All prospective proposers will be required to have a representative at the meeting in order to sign in, inspect the premises and ask any questions.
The Borough of Red Bank reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities as the interest of the Borough of Red Bank may require. The Borough of Red Bank is not responsible for loss or destruction of any proposals/bids mailed or delivered to the Administrator prior to the time set for proposal/bid opening.
