NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the Borough of Red Bank is soliciting proposals for Grant Writing & Consulting Services in response to a Request for Proposals.
Sealed proposals must be received by the Borough by no later than 11:00 AM on June 12, 2020 in accordance with detailed provisions set forth in the RFP.
Interested parties may obtain the RFP in digital format, along with background information, mandatory submission forms and detailed instructions, by sending a request (and providing contact information) to the Borough via email to

Responses are being solicited in accordance with the fair and open process pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.  An overview of the Pay-to-Play Law may be obtained on http://www.nj.gov/dca/lgs/p2p.
