RFP - Real Property Data and Verification Services

The Borough of Red Bank is seeking proposals for annual real property data collection and verification services. The selected vendor will be responsible for covering 25% of all properties annually, with all parcels within the Municipality completed over a four-year period. The project period is from July 15th, 2022 to December 31, 2025, awarded as a three-year contract with the option of one additional one-year award. Proposals are due by July 6, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. and must be submitted to the Municipality Clerk’s Office.
