RFP - Solid Waste Recyclable Materials

The Borough of Red Bank is seeking bids for the COLLECTION, REMOVAL & DISPOSAL OF SOLID WASTE AND/OR RECYCLABLE MATERIALS. Key requirements include compliance with the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, a Business Registration Certificate issued by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, adherence to NJSA 10:5-31 et seq. and NJAC 17:27 for an affirmative action program, and compliance with P.L. 1977, Chapter 33. Bidders must also supply a copy of their A-901 License from the NJDEP, a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity from NJDEP, and registration by the NJDEP. A pre-bid conference was scheduled for October 27, 2020. Bids must be submitted on the provided forms, enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the bidder's name and address, and labeled "PROPOSAL TO PROVIDE COLLECTION, REMOVAL & DISPOSAL OF SOLID WASTE AND/OR RECYCLABLE MATERIALS". The deadline for bid submissions was November 17, 2020, at 10:00 a.m.
