NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough of Red Bank is soliciting responses to a Request for Qualifications for Consulting Professional Services for the Planning, Design, Solicitation of Public Feedback, and Develop a Concept Plan for the Redesign and Improvements to Marine Park, Wharf Avenue, Red Bank, New Jersey.
Sealed proposals will be received Thursday, September 21, 2017 at 2:00 pm prevailing time in the Council Chambers, 1st Floor at 90 Monmouth Street, Red Bank, NJ 07701, at which time and place, the responses to the Borough’s Request for Qualifications for Request for Qualifications for will be opened and read in public.
Responses are being solicited in accordance with the fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4, et seq. An overview of the Pay-to-Play Law may be obtained on http://www.nj.gov/dca/lgs/p2p.
