General Specifications  
 
• Quantity: 10,750 copies 
 
• 28 pages plus cover 
 
• 8 pt. Coated one side Cover (supply recycle content info/manufacture info) 
 
• 70 lb. smooth opaque text recycled paper (supply recycle content info/manufacture 
info) 
 
• 2 colors on all pages 
 
• Flat Size: 11 x 17 
 
• Final Size: 11 x 8.5  
 
• Bind pages with 2 center staples 
 
• Center hole punch at bottom 
 
• Layout and Design - Text, graphics and photos subject to extensive editing and revisions 
(included in price). 
 
• Designer must be available during regular business hours to speak weekly regarding 
input, edits and revisions up to 11/22/24 editorial deadline. 
 
• Shipping/delivery to post office included. 
 
• Process for EDDM Mailing (residents only). Must be received at post office no later 
than 12/23/24. Balance of calendars delivered to Village Hall, 131 N. Maple Ave., 
Ridgewood, NJ 07450.
