2026 Road Resurfacing and Repairs

The Village of Ridgewood is seeking sealed bid proposals for the "2026 Road Resurfacing and Repairs of Various Village Streets and Other Work" project. This project encompasses a range of tasks including the installation of hot mix asphalt, roadway excavation, thermoplastic line striping, milling, topsoil and seeding, concrete driveway aprons, concrete curbing and sidewalks, ECO-Grates, and repairs to inlets and manholes. The project also includes stormwater management improvements and other related work throughout the Village of Ridgewood. Bid documents can be obtained from the Division of Engineering for a non-refundable fee of $50.00, with no documents being issued after 4:30 p.m. on April 20, 2026. Each bid must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, or $20,000, whichever is less, along with other required documentation outlined in the bid specifications. Bids must be submitted to the Office of the Village Clerk and will be opened on April 21, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
