Eastside PFAS Treatment Facility

The Village of Ridgewood is soliciting sealed bids for the Eastside Reservoir PFAS Treatment Facility project (BID NO. 2025-004TF). The project involves constructing a new PFAS treatment facility at the Eastside Reservoir site, including granular activated carbon vessels, a backwash holding tank, a stormwater detention system, chemical feed systems, a masonry building, and associated electrical, instrumentation, process piping, mechanical, plumbing, and site work. The project also includes installation of a 6-inch raw water main from the East Saddle River and Salem wells. Key requirements include providing a bid bond, cashier’s check, or certified check for 10% of the bid amount (up to $20,000), and the successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds for 100% of the accepted bid. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on June 09, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the site. Bids are due by July 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Village Hall Courtroom.
