Lead Service Line Replacements - Contract 1

The Village of Ridgewood is seeking bids for Lead Service Line Replacements - Contract 1, NJDEP Project No. 0251001-007. The project involves the replacement of lead and galvanized portions of water service lines and related work at up to 500 addresses within Ridgewood Water’s distribution territory. Bid packages can be obtained electronically or in person for a non-refundable fee of $10.00. All prospective bidders must be on record of having requested the Bid Package either electronically (via email) or in person (via sign-in sheet) to be permitted to bid on the Contract. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Office of the Village Clerk at Village Hall, 131 North Maple Avenue, Ridgewood, New Jersey 07450, by July 1, 2025, at 11:00 AM. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held virtually on June 12, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond and all applicable surety bonds.
