Mountain PFAS Treatment Facility

The Village of Ridgewood is seeking sealed bids for the Mountain PFAS Treatment Facility project (Bid No. 2025-006TF). This project involves the construction of a new PFAS treatment facility at the Sicomac Pump Station site, including the installation of granular activated carbon (GAC) vessels, a backwash holding tank, a stormwater detention system, new chemical feed systems, and a new masonry building. All necessary electrical, instrumentation, process piping, mechanical, plumbing and site work is required. The work is located at 336 Holly Drive, Wyckoff, NJ. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on June 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the project site. Bid documents are available electronically for a non-refundable fee of $100.00. Checks should be made payable to the “Village of Ridgewood” and the fee must be received prior to documents being sent. Questions must be submitted in writing to Michael Mondello via email at michael.mondello@arcadis.com UNLOCK by June 20, 2025 at 4:00 PM. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Office of the Village Clerk at 131 N. Maple Avenue, Ridgewood, NJ 07450 and endorsed with the bid number and project name. Bids are due on July 8, 2025 at 10:00 AM. The successful bidder must furnish a performance and payment bond in the amount of 100 percent of the accepted bid amount. Bidders must comply with all applicable provisions of the Prevailing Wage Act and the Public Works Contractor Registration Act. A Socially and Economically Disadvantaged (SED) utilization goal of 13 percent has been set for this project. Bidders are also required to comply with Affirmative Action requirements per P.L.1975, C. 127 and Executive Order No. 11246 regarding equal employment opportunity.
