Bids are due on July 8, 2025 at 10:00 AM. The successful bidder must furnish a performance and payment bond in the amount of 100 percent of the accepted bid amount.
Bidders must comply with all applicable provisions of the Prevailing Wage Act and the Public Works Contractor Registration Act. A Socially and Economically Disadvantaged (SED) utilization goal of 13 percent has been set for this project. Bidders are also required to comply with Affirmative Action requirements per P.L.1975, C. 127 and Executive Order No. 11246 regarding equal employment opportunity.
