Stream Bank Stabilization

The Village of Ridgewood is seeking bids for stream bank stabilization along Dunham Trail to protect an existing 20-inch ductile iron pipe (DIP) water main. The project involves stabilizing approximately 300 linear feet of stream bank. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the project location on April 17, 2025, at 1:00 PM, and only contractors who attend will be eligible to submit bids. Bid packages can be obtained electronically by emailing rwbids@ridgewoodnj.net UNLOCK or in person from Ridgewood Water for a non-refundable fee of $10. All prospective bidders must be on record of having requested the bid package. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Office of the Village Clerk by April 30, 2025, at 10:00 AM, and must include all required forms and a bid bond. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids and no bids may be withdrawn for 60 days after the bid opening.
