Pleading & Payments

This document outlines the procedures for pleading not guilty and making payments to the Riverdale Borough Municipal Court. Individuals wishing to plead not guilty must notify the Court at least 7 days prior to the court date listed on their ticket, and the court should be advised of any required accommodations, such as an interpreter. Payment is expected in full on the night of court, and the court accepts various forms of payment including cash, checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX.
