Child Health Clinic

This document outlines the Child Health Conference (CHC) program offered by the Hamilton Township Division of Health. The program provides free health services, including age-appropriate immunizations, lead screening, and tuberculosis screening, for children aged 2 months to 18 years. Services are provided by licensed Nurse Practitioners and qualified Public Health Nurses through the NJDOH Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program.
